They have no idea what they're talking about. They just tell you what you want to hear, or blow hot air, so they don't actually have to do their jobs. Lazy as f*** staff. A shame to the O'Reilly chain.
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★February 16, 2019, by Abraham IngersollDropped in late on a busy Friday leading into a holiday weekend in an effort to diagnose a dead deep cycle marine battery. Staff was jovial as they tested the battery for free and sent us on our way with a better replacement, helped us avoid a much longer drive to Walmart. Thanks O'Reilly!
