  Lyle's provided us with, by far, the BEST appliance purchase experience we have ever had. Our 14+ year old refrigerator was on the fritz. I first called to inquire about a repair, but then decided the cost of repair for an old appliance didn't make sense. Instead of hanging up or trying to sell us something new, they transferred me to their head repair tech, who walked me through what I could do to fix the problem myself. This worked for a little while, but eventually it was beyond repair. When my wife and I came to the store, they discussed with us the best solution for our awkward kitchen layout. When the refrigerator arrived, it was the same guys who came out to install it. They were completely focused on their work, and left with everything in working order. They even showed my wife how to change the water filter, even though it wouldn't need to be replaced for 6-12 months. When people suggest buying local from a family-run business, this is the experience they are referring to. It is nice to know there are still businesses that are looking out for the customer's best interests before all else. It paid off for us, and we will continue to give Lyle's our business in the future and recommend our friends and family.
