  I had an issue with some of my pleated shades fraying at the ends. After having them for 3 1/2 years, I remembered my designer, Patty, saying that Budget Blinds would replace any item once if there was an issue. I emailed the Elkhorn office and Hannah and Patty were so helpful to me. The manufacturer approved the replacement of a different kind of shade and just 3 weeks later, Cameron installed them. They are beautiful. I'm just so amazed that a company actually stood behind their product and kept their word. I will continue to refer friends, family and clients to this Budget Blinds in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. So happy with them!

  Beautiful work! Gracious people! They were wonderful. We had them do blinds, shutters, and a security door in both our house and condo. I can not recommend them enough! -Mrs. L
